1. SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $85. Orders that are lower than these amounts are entitled to discounted carrier rates.
2. TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from us which will show you the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
3. FULFILLMENT TIME
Orders are usually dispatched within 3-4 business days of payment of order and 7-10 business days during new launches. The shipping speed you select during checkout is independent of this time. It can take upto 10-14 business days for your orders to ship during sale events.
3.1 P.O. BOX SHIPPINGLarkspur Baby Company will ship to P.O. box addresses using USPS (United States Postal Services) only. If we are not able to validate your address then we will contact you to check.
3.2 FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONWe reserve the right to choose a shipping carrier for any Free Shipping promotions. All international shipments will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
3.3 CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESSWe are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. You may return your order for store credit as soon as you receive it (in its original packaging).
3.4 ORDER MERGING
We cannot merge orders at the moment. They will be sent separately.
4. DELIVERY TIME
4.1 TRANSIT TIME DOMESTICALLY
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 business days.
4.2 TRANSIT TIME INTERNATIONALLY
We are currently only shipping international shipments to Canada. Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 business days. This varies greatly depending on the carrier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your carrier at checkout.
4.3 DELAYED PACKAGES
Upon dispatch of your order you will receive a tracking link. If you feel that your order is delayed or lost, then please first check the tracking for your package. If there is no update to your tracking then please contact us.
4.4 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES AND PACKAGE INSURANCE OPTIONS
Package Protection ensures that customers get what they paid for! Package Protection shields your order from harm, loss or theft. If your package never arrives, or is damaged during transit you can easily submit a claim to our team and obtain either a replacement order or store credit. For orders that have been marked as “DELIVERED”, but has yet to arrive we request that a claim be submitted within 5 days after delivery confirmation. Claims must be filed within 14 days from the date of “delivery” to be considered valid. For orders that have not been marked as “delivered” and are assumed to be lost by the carrier, store credit will be issued at the original purchase cost. Similarly, packages that arrive in a damaged condition, a replacement will be sent if possible; if not, store credit will be offered at the original purchase cost.
