30 DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You can return goods to us within 30 days of package receipt. We will issue a refund for the merchandise returned. Please note that the amount paid for shipping will not be returned. International orders are final and can't be returned.
Once your return request has been accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. A label fee ($5.99) will be deducted from your credited amount. The returned goods need to be shipped within two weeks of receiving the return label. If not, then the return will be cancelled and the shipping label will be voided.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return,
~all returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt.
~the item must be unused and unwashed.
~the item must be in the original packaging with original tags.
~there should be no pet hair or odor of any kind on the item like cigarette smoke, perfume and deodorant.
~the item should be in good condition.
RETURN PROCESSING
You should expect your return to be processed within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will be processed more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
DEFECTIVE AND INCORRECT ITEM
We allow returns on any items that have manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please file a claim on our returns portal. Proof of damage/defect will be required.
STOCK CLEARANCE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Items on sale or on promotions cannot be returned.
CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER RELATED CHANGES
Once you place your order it immediately gets send to our fulfillment center, and we are typically unable to make any changes or cancellations. If asked, we will try our best to accomodate you, however, there is no guarantee we will be able to cancel an order. You may return your items for a refund as soon as you receive them.
EXCHANGES
We do not process exchanges as we are not able to hold product for exchanges.
