1. SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping on US orders over $85. Orders that are lower than these amounts are entitled to discounted carrier rates. 

2. TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from us which will show you the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

3. FULFILLMENT TIME

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-4 business days of payment of order and 7-10 business days during new launches. The shipping speed you select during checkout is independent of this time. It can take upto 10-14 business days for your orders to ship during sale events.

3.1 P.O. BOX SHIPPING
Larkspur Baby Company will ship to P.O. box addresses using USPS (United States Postal Services) only. If we are not able to validate your address then we will contact you to check.
3.2 FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION
We reserve the right to choose a shipping carrier for any Free Shipping promotions. All international shipments will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
3.3 CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. You may return your order for store credit as soon as you receive it (in its original packaging).
3.4 ORDER MERGING

We cannot merge orders at the moment. They will be sent separately.

4. DELIVERY TIME

4.1 TRANSIT TIME DOMESTICALLY

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 business days.

4.2 TRANSIT TIME INTERNATIONALLY

We are currently only shipping international shipments to Canada. Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 business days. This varies greatly depending on the carrier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your carrier at checkout.

4.3 DELAYED PACKAGES

Upon dispatch of your order you will receive a tracking link. If you feel that your order is delayed or lost, then please first check the tracking for your package. If there is no update to your tracking then please contact us.

4.4 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES AND PACKAGE INSURANCE OPTIONS 

Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are shown to be delivered by the carrier tracking. We can only provide you with the tracking information for you to investigate.

If your order has Route Package Protection, and it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, then you can file a claim by clicking the link below, or go to claims.route.com. You will need your order number and email address you used for your order. If your order shows delivered and you have not received it, please contact Route claims prior to contacting Larkspur Baby Company. If you are unsure if you have Route Package Protection, please check your order history. You will see the charge of $.98 for Route Package Protection.

5. DUTIES AND TAXES

5.1 SALES TAX

Sales tax will be automatically charged during checkout wherever applicable. 

5.2 IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. We are currently only shipping internationally to Canada.  If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Larkspur Baby Company at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
