30 DAY RETURN POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You can return goods to us within 30 days of package receipt. We will issue store credit in the form of a gift card for the merchandise returned. Please note that the amount paid for shipping will not be returned.

Once your return request has been accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. A label fee ($5.99) will be deducted from your credited amount. 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return,  

~all returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt.

~the item must be unused and unwashed.

~the item must be in the original packaging with original tags.

~there should be no pet hair or odor of any kind on the item like cigarette smoke, perfume and deodorant.

~the item should be in good condition.

RETURN PROCESSING 

You should expect your return to be processed within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will be processed more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). In case you are being refunded, then add another 3 to 5 business days.

DEFECTIVE AND INCORRECT ITEM

We allow returns on any items that have manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please file a claim on our returns portal. Proof of damage/defect will be required. 

STOCK CLEARANCE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Items on sale or on promotions cannot be returned. 

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER RELATED CHANGES

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted.

EXCHANGES

We accept returns in exchange for store credit only. We do not issue refunds and are not able to hold product for exchanges
