Our products are regularly tested and are in compliance with CPSIA norms for children safety. The snaps/buttons and zippers used on our garments are lead and nickel free.

A bamboo textile is cloth, yarn, or clothing that is made from bamboo fibres. While historically used only for structural elements, such as bustles and the ribs of corsets, in recent years, different technologies have been developed that allow bamboo fibre to be used for a wide range of textile and fashion applications. Bamboo fibre has various micro gaps, which make it softer than cotton and increase its moisture absorption. They are elastic, environment-friendly, and biodegradable. The fibre is bacteriostatic, anti-fungal, antibacterial, hypoallergenic, hydroscopic, a natural deodoriser, and resistant against ultraviolet light.
At Larkspur Baby Company, our bamboo is of the highest quality. Bamboo is a natural and delicate fabric that is woven to produce a soft, silky smooth and comfortable feel. Slight pilling is normal for this natural fabric, especially in response to friction and isn’t a fault or defect of the item. Pilling is caused by abrasion to the surface of the fabric. Yes! We offer free (US) shipping on orders of $85 and up.
Yes! We ship wordwide. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any taxes, duties or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries.
Please allow 2 to 7 business days for processing. Please watch for your shipment confirmation via email which will advise you when your order has shipped.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are shown to be delivered by the carrier tracking. We can only provide you with the tracking information for you to investigate.
If your order has Route package insurance and it's damaged or lost in transit, then you can file a claim by clicking the link below.
Our warehouse is located in Fife, WA.
Once you place your order it immediately gets send to our fulfillment center, and we are typically unable to make any changes or cancellations. If asked, we will try our best to accomodate you, however, there is no guarantee we will be able to cancel an order.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You can return goods to us within 30 days of package receipt. We will issue a refund for the merchandise returned. Please note that the amount paid for shipping will not be returned. International orders are final and can't be returned.
Once your return request has been accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. A label fee ($5.99) will be deducted from your credited amount. The returned goods need to be shipped within two weeks of receiving the return label. If not, then the return will be cancelled and the shipping label will be voided.

We allow returns on any items that have manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of damage/defect to process your refund.
We do not process exchanges as we are not able to hold product for exchanges.
